Order Processing


All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.


During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days after shipment

Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days after shipment

Tracking Information


Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Delays


RMHQ by Refinish Media is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses


Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages


RMHQ by Refinish Media is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.
